What to bring and what to expect
An appointment is not compulsory but it is always worthwhile. When we know you are coming we have the vehicle out of the row, cold and ready to start, and we hold the time open rather than fitting you in between jobs.
Bring photographic identification, proof of address, your driving licence showing the correct category, and the V5C if you are thinking about a part exchange. For a car or van purchase, bring your insurance details so the cover can be confirmed before you drive away.

Many customers prefer to collect. We will have the vehicle prepared, warm and the paperwork ready so the visit is short and predictable.
